How The Hotel Platform handles your data.

What we collect

When you request early access, we ask for one thing: your work email address. The form also has a hidden field that catches automated spam submissions. It holds no information about you, and nothing in it is ever stored.

Why we collect it

To send you one confirmation email, and later, one email when early access opens. That is the entire purpose. We do not build a marketing list beyond this.

Legal basis

Consent. You give it twice.

Once by submitting the form, and again by clicking the confirmation link in the email that follows. We keep nothing until the second step.

Retention

Until you click the confirmation link, your email address exists only inside that link itself, signed and valid for 48 hours. We never write it to a database. If you do not click, it is never stored anywhere.

Once confirmed, your address is stored as a contact with our email provider, along with the date you consented and the version of this policy you agreed to. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email we send, which removes you immediately.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts beyond what is needed to process your signup.

Who processes your data

Two companies process data on our behalf: Resend sends the email and stores the contact record above, and Vercel hosts this site. Both operate outside the EU; their data processing agreements are linked above.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data, tell you what we hold, or correct it, at any time. Write to hello@thehotelplatform.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
